After 60 days of employment, the employee is eligible to sign up for health, dental, and vision insurance. The employer pays a portion of the premium for the employee. The employee can add a single plus dependent or family plan and a number of other insurance products are also available through the Baranko groups.
New in 2022: After 5 consecutive years of employment, we will pay half of the insurance cost, regardless if you have a single, single plus dependent, or a family plan. After 10 consecutive years of employment, we will pay the entire cost, regardless if you have a single, single plus dependent, or family plan.
Upon eligibility, after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked, the employee can join the company 401(k) plan. The company matches 50% of the employee contribution up to 4%. If the employee contributes 4%, the company contributes 2% of eligible wages.
Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of vacation time in the first year of employment and 80 hours in the second year of employment.
New in 2022: After 5 consecutive years of employment, you can accrue up to 120 hours of vacation time and after 10 consecutive years of employment, you can accrue up to 160 hours.
